About

I founded Crave Wellbeing after starting two wellbeing businesses. A fitness company, Oncore, which grew from pop-ups to opening a studio in London and Revolution Tea UK.

Beyond my businesses, I had the drive to support individuals in reaching their potential. I therefore went on to study behavioural economics to understand how and why people behave the way they do. Alongside Motivational Interviewing, a counselling approach moving individuals away from a state of indecision and uncertainty to finding the motivation to make positive decisions and accomplishing established goals.

I worked on DWP and NHS contracts in the Welfare to Work sector, supporting individuals who had fallen out of employment due to a range of mental and physical health conditions. This included top executives who had reached burnout to those starting out in their careers. It was from this work, I realised the greater need for wellbeing in the workplace. To enable businesses to take preventative measures in their approach to employee burnout and turnover. Along with improving performance across their teams.

I now work with businesses to improve employee retention and performance. Working with individuals to empower them to take ownership of their performance and responsibility for their self-development. This is achieved by working on 5 key areas; Mind, Body, Relationships, Career and Money.

Outside of my career, one of my major life goals was to be able to choose where I worked and lived without compromise. I achieved this in 2018 and now live between London and Mallorca. I have made the conscious decision not to be on social media and use that time to invest in my own wellbeing. However, here’s a snapshot of my life.
