The Present Moment… Just out of reach

More and more the toxic tornado of modern life swirls around us. The constant barrage of work pressures, the incessant juggling of tasks, the allure of social media, the unceasing flow of news and the never-ending sources of entertainment.

They engulf us in a whirlwind of frenetic activities and trap us in the seductive embrace of technology. In the relentless pursuit of these devised diversions, we inadvertently erase the beauty of the present moment.

And if we manage to enter momentarily, many of us struggle to stay present or not turn it into a personal PR exercise, sharing it across socials.

Alternatively, we convince ourselves that we are fully engaged in the moment, yet a parallel, private dialogue often unfolds, cataloguing our perceived shortcomings and inadequacies, relentlessly whispering that we are somehow not enough.
